Most fashion photographers come to skin and beauty work from the outside — I came at it from the other direction. Twenty years of beauty-grade lighting discipline applied to fashion means the clothes get the same precision the skin does; nothing's an afterthought.

My fashion work spans editorial and campaign — published in Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, Tatler and Sunday Times Style — and it's rarely separate from the beauty work in practice. The line between "fashion" and "beauty" is mostly an industry filing system, not a real division in how the images get made.
