Benjamin Kaufmann is a London-based photographer specialising in beauty, skincare, and unretouched skin photography.

Trained as a graphic designer in Germany before completing his Master of Arts at Central Saint Martins, Benjamin has spent over 20 years building a body of work centred on a simple principle: get it right in camera. His lighting, direction, and technical precision produce campaign-ready imagery that needs no digital manipulation — a growing advantage for brands navigating advertising standards, consumer expectations, and the demand for authenticity.

His clients include Maybelline New York, L'Oréal, Porsche, Unilever, Swarovski, and Illamasqua, with editorial work published in Vogue, Elle, Grazia, Marie Claire, Tatler, and Sunday Times Style. He has directed multi-market global campaigns and delivers stills, video, and full content creation packages.

Benjamin is known for creating an environment where people do their best work — whether that's a first-time model, a 40-person crew, or a brand team under pressure. His longest client relationship is now in its 15th year and counting, built on trust, honest communication, and consistently delivered results.

He works with brands directly and through agencies, bringing his own creative team or integrating with existing production structures. Having lived and worked in the UK, Germany, and Spain, he operates fluently across European markets in English, German, and Spanish.

Outside of commercial work, he dedicates time to documentary projects for charitable causes.
