I had these beautiful flowers for a few days before I started photographing them. Only when the first one lost its petals I managed to get a picture with a deeper meaning. There is so much beauty in both flowers, the fresh one being alive and full of energy, the decayed one revealing the delicate inside. Life is a cycle and I am learning to appreciate it more and more.
